1208 Summit Avenue: The bonus with this very lovely 1911 vernacular Colonial is a workshop that will give any hobbyist complete "garage envy!"

1520 Grace Avenue: An utterly gracious Queen Anne Victorian built in 1894, featuring a turret and a dramatic wraparound porch!
